scalable experiences
i really believe in building things that scale. components, surfaces, systems. stuff that actually holds up when things get bigger instead of falling apart. i love the moment when all the separate pieces finally click into one thing that works. and i've learned not to rush it. explore every direction, even the ones that eat up way too much time, because that's usually where the good ideas are hiding.
design as self-expression
i choose design because it lets me represent the things i love. this whole portfolio is proof of that and you can see my personality all over it. design is how i speak my mind when words aren't enough. and i've made peace with the fact that what i make doesn't have to be perfect. i'm not chasing perfect anymore, as long as i'm happy with it, and it actually means something to someone.
the people
the people, always. everyone here took a totally different path to get to design, and somehow we all end up in the same place because we love the same things: art, tech, making stuff. it makes me believe that everything is possible.
